TRAVEL CHARGE     
Travel charge applies if venue is beyond a 30-mile radius of Westerly, RI. Any venue beyond a 50 miles radius from Westerly will involve a $250 charge which shall include travel and parking fees. Venues in excess of 50 miles may require overnight lodging which will involve a separate charge. Non-refundable RETAINER FEE – $200.
